LB Steak is in at Santana Row and Tanglewood is out.
The opening date for LB Steak will be announced next week, said Sian Perry of Glodow Nead Public Relations. It will take over Tanglewood's old stomping grounds.
LB Steak is the latest creation from executive chef Roland Passot of LB Brasseries and renowned La Folie.
LB Steak will be located at 334 Santana Row, Suite 1000, in San Jose, California.
